Do you offer any paid content on Substack? Since you are already getting a lot of views, maybe you can offer one free article a week to keep building your base and then another paid one to help convert subscribers to paid.

I'm honestly just thinking out loud and you may already be doing that. I'm the opposite of a Substack expert, so take my words with a grain of salt.

According to Bette, the rule about meta articles only applies to new ones we write in March. So, I'm just leaving mine alone unless we get an official announcement.
