I also joined Write a Catalyst whenever they were looking for editors. I also edit at the different Illumination publications because I’ve known them when I first started a long time ago.

One of the benefits of being an editor is that you can publish your own articles without having to wait around for them to get published.

As far as editing goes, I just correct basic mistakes and I try not to accept any AI content.

You can also highlight the text to leave a private note to the writer.
