I have a similar philosophy except I just write for the fun of it instead of treating Medium like a poorly paid job and it’s a lot more enjoyable. It’s also easier to write that way.

I still get frustrated at times, but I’m hoping these changes will benefit the platform in the long run because the amount of fake engagement was getting out of control.
