I totally agree with you about pinning articles. Trying to rearrange them takes up a lot of time, especially if it's an older article.

If you want to schedule a post in a publication, you can leave a private note on your article. I would put the note in the heading because they are easy to overlook.

To leave a note, you need to highlight the text and click on the padlock symbol. Then the box will pop up to let you leave a note.
