I used to make 15-20 sales each month. I earned anywhere from $60-$90 for an article. A lot of mine were IT/cybersecurity, and managed service providers would buy them.

However, that was all before last year, and now it's very rare to get a sale due to AI. I did sell an article a couple of days ago, but now I average one a month.

I still have a large catalog of available articles to sell, but I no longer upload anything new because they raised the commission by taking 45% of the listed price instead of 35%.

So, long story short, yes, it was much more profitable than Medium until last year.
