I was here back in 2020. These "expert" writers published the same click-bait crap over and over without engaging with their audience.

I know Medium is not perfect, but it's much better than how it used to be.

One of the reasons I left Medium the first time was because of all the cringy posts about being your own boss, how I achieved financial freedom, and all of the other click-bait terms designed to get you to buy a course.
