Making significant lifestyle changes is easy to say but much harder to accomplish. I’m creating this post mostly for myself to keep me motivated and less likely to give up.

What is My Weight Loss Goal?

My goal is to lose some fat and eventually replace it with muscle. I’ve been slightly overweight for a while and fat at one point. I’m 6'1 and 200 pounds. I would like to get down to around 190.

How Will I Track My Calories?

I’m using MyFitnessPal to track my daily calories. A few years ago, I weighed 234 pounds, and I went down to 190 in roughly six months. Unfortunately, I became a little complacent, and I started gaining weight again. My weight often fluctuates between 205 to 212 pounds.

When Will I Reach 190 Pounds?

I plan on losing one pound per week because it’s much easier than trying to lose two pounds. My daily calorie limit is 1,900. If I go over some days, it’s not a big deal. The main key is to remain consistent. Following this plan will allow me to reach 190 pounds on April 5th, 2024.

How Will I Exercise?
