Medium is my choice.

But if you’re more interested in writing about a variety of topics and you’re okay with the unpredictability of not knowing how much you’ll earn each month, then Medium might be the way to go.

Medium is my choice. It's fine if others want to use Substack, but I don't have a desire to use it or pay more money to read things that probably aren't worth paying for.
