On the bright side, I’ve been roaming this planet roughly 2,190 days more than you and I can tell you from my vast wisdom, I mean experience that age is just a number.

It’s more how you feel and how you take care of yourself than whatever year it is. You are already in better shape than 99% of the population, so I would keep doing whatever you are doing and be happy.
