Tap on settings and then scroll down until you see Help and tap that to see the message on your phone.

I’ve also copied and pasted the message below - “We are experiencing a prolonged delay in all data services. This is most evident in your stats, including views, reads, claps, audience, and earnings. No data or earnings is lost - it is just a delay. Please bear with us”
