…rom all of them just to see what they’re charging and how much value they’re providing in exchange. $400/month is the lower end, going as high as $1,200 for a few of the more well-known folks.

That's such a scam...At least those writers realize they can make a lot more by offering courses compared to relying on others to read their articles.
