Troy Aikman was one of the best! I was a kid, but I still remember them beating the Steelers in the Super Bowl and Larry Brown winning the MVP after intercepting a couple of passes.

I think Jerry needs to focus on the business side of football and let a real GM be in charge of building a team if they want another shot at winning again in the playoffs and reaching the Super Bowl.
