Yes, I've had it happen a few times. Once I was flying around and I knew I was in a dream, so that was fun.😅

Another time I was having a nightmare and then I realized it was only a dream, so I just started laughing at whatever I was dealing with in the dream.

I have no idea how to have lucid dreams, it just happens.
