Yes, you can get more reads by engaging with others each day, but no one is reading 60-70 articles.

They might leave that many comments on articles, but that doesn't mean they are reading anything beyond the title or the first paragraph.

20-30 articles is more realistic if someone spends a lot of time on here.

The ones I'm talking about getting a lot of reads aren't even engaging that much. They are averaging over 50k reads in a month.
